]]>临床日记http://www.khhospital.com/blog/wutieji/post/97.html#commenthttp://www.khhospital.com/blog/wutieji/http://www.khhospital.com/blog/wutieji/feed.asp?cmt=97http://www.khhospital.com/blog/wutieji/cmd.asp?act=tb&id=97&key=d715bd11呕吐与肠套叠wutieji@khhospital.com (吴铁吉)http://www.khhospital.com/blog/wutieji/post/96.htmlMon, 05 Jan 2009 21:44:31 +0800http://www.khhospital.com/blog/wutieji/post/96.html　　　肠套叠是一很常见的病，多发生在1岁以下的小婴儿，本病多以急性呕吐起病，伴或不伴阵发性哭闹，12小时后多有血便。仔细触诊可在右下腹摸到包块。今天外科收了一8个月小儿，在外呕吐36小时以上，致到有血便才来我院就诊。由于诊断为时已晚，不得不手术治疗。如果诊断及时，一种很简单的气藻肠即可将套在一起的肠打开，得到治疗。　　小婴儿未明原因呕吐，伴阵发性哭闹者，都应想到肠套叠的诊断。及时进行腹部超声检查，可明确诊断。　　本病早期易误诊腹泻病，但腹泻早期多有发热，吐后很快发生腹泻，与本病不同。无论是儿科医生或是家长，当有这种年龄小儿突发未是原因呕吐时，应时时想到本病存在的可能性。
